How can I pay for my order?

All orders will be processed in HK Dollars (HKD).
We accept major credit cards. You can also use PayPal to process payments on our website. You are not required to have a PayPal account to process an order. 

Can I see product prices in my local currency?
Currently all product prices on this website are all shown in HK Dollars.
You can view the bags & accessories prices in your local currency by choosing currency in drop-down menu. The price in your local currency is for reference only. No matter what currency you show on store pages, orders will be processed in HK Dollars.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company, respectively.

How much does delivery cost?
- Hong Kong & Macau
We do free shipping for all Hong Kong and Macau orders.

- Outside Hong Kong & Macau
Postage rates for outside Hong Kong & Macau area depend on the delivery country and the weight of your order. It’s around HKD 200-400. The final rate can be found in the checkout page.

 

How my order be shipped?
Your orders are shipped with tracking information via Hong Kong Registered Post or S.F. Express. It will be delivered within 1-3 working days for Hong Kong & Macau area and 2-14 working days for outside Hong Kong & Macau area. Your delivery address will determine which courier service your order is sent by.

For Hong Kong order, You can also select an S.F. Store to collect your order, and S.F. Express will deliver your order to the location you designate.

What should I do if I choose pick up at S.F. Store?
While you are checking out, fill in the S.F. store code and address in shipping address.
Please remember to fill in your name, contact no., billing address in related blank correctly.

 

When my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving payment.

 

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional custom clearance charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Your order may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Why doesn’t my SEAL product look like the images on the website?
The actual product received is different from the product images in the website, including the patterns and markings of tire tube. Since our products are made from reclaimed tire tube materials, each of the products is unique. We believe this is a great way to highlight the nature of our reclaimed products and show your commitment to upcycling and sustainability.

If you have any special request on these patterns and markings, just let us know. We’re happy to help and try our best to sort out the best fitted pieces for you.

 

Can I return my order and get refund?
Sure. You can return any/ all products purchased directly from this online shop within 7 days of received the items. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaged condition and still in the same new condition as when the item(s) was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made. Product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Only after the returned items have been received and approved by us will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning the package to us.

We does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Can I exchange or return the sales items?
Sorry. All sales items are final sales and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.

 

Can you repair my bag?
We offer a free repairs service for any items up to 6 months year after purchase upon submission of a valid proof of purchase. The 6 months warranty does not cover:

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness, or accidents.
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
  • Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging.
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.

This is part of the after care service only offered when purchasing directly from us.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning the package to us. We does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
